Jean-Pierre Dubord joins ELITT as Chief Operating Officer

Having spent most of his career in the world of
electronic banking, Jean-Pierre Dubord integrates the specialist of secure
electronic transactions, ELITT, as COO.
Jean-Pierre Dubord operates in the world of electronic payments since the 90th,
working for different stakeholders in France and in other countries.
Between 1991 and 2011, he worked successively as International Department
manager at Scitertia (now Sopra), senior consultant chez SME Conseil / GFI
Consulting, Innovation manager at Experian (now Monext), and manager of the
Electronic Payments Department at PW Consultants.
In 2011, he created NovaTES, a consulting company in secure electronic
transactions, and conducted a mission on the implementation of NFC services for the
TES cluster located at Caen (e-secure transactions), prior to manage the Caen site of
Clear2Pay (while ensuring the operating management for its Open Card System
business unit).
For fifteen years, Jean-Pierre Dubord has have the opportunity of specializing in the
introduction of new electronic banking products and services, and more generally in
the innovation and new technologies dedicated to secure electronic transactions.
In this new position at ELITT, he will be responsible for operationally implementing
the three year-strategic plan, with a particular focus on new activity domains and
innovation in the services and new technologies.
Aged 51, Jean-Pierre Dubord is an engineer in microelectronics, graduated from
INSA Toulouse.
