FROST & SULLIVAN LISTS ‘INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION’ PRIORITIES – WIRELESS LOGIC COMMENTS

Frost & Sullivan released its latest list of imperatives reshaping industrial automation, highlighting ‘AI-driven predictive maintenance for zero downtime’ as a priority.

For industries whose operations are heavily reliant on IoT devices, even one failure can trigger a chain reaction, shutting down entire systems and driving up costs. This raises the question of whether AI-powered predictive maintenance is the key to unlocking IoT’s full potential without increasing the risk of downtime.

Iain Davidson, Senior Product Marketing Manager at Wireless Logic, says IoT sits at the heart of both predictive maintenance and long-term resilience:
