ZEROSPAM leverages artificial intelligence with the support of the Government of Canada

May 2017 by Marc Jacob

ZEROSPAM Security announces the launch of an important machine-learning project financially supported in part by National Research Council Canada’s Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP). Thanks to the support of the NRC-IRAP, a team of four researchers hired by ZEROSPAM will work on how to improve detection of spam and other dangerous and undesirable email messages based on artificial intelligence’s recent findings. This two year project will enable ZEROSPAM to improve the efficiency of its Anti-Spam solution, further establish its leadership, explore new markets and grow its business.

Mr. Alain Tapp, Professor and associate member of the MILA, will act as advisor to the project, supervising and validating the scientific method used. The MILA (Montreal Institute for Learning Algorithms), founded and directed by Yoshua Bengio, is a lab dedicated to the development of deep learning and deep neural networks algorithms and their applications to new fields.
