DESCRIPTION

The imlib2 library handles the display and the conversion of
images. It has several vulnerabilities.

An ARGB (Alpha/Red/Green/Blue) image can create a denial of
service. [grav:1/4]

A JPEG image can create a denial of service. [grav:1/4]

A TGA image can create a buffer overflow. [grav:2/4]

A XPM image can create a buffer overflow. [grav:2/4]

An attacker can therefore create a malicious image leading to a
denial of service or to code execution in applications linked to
imlib2.
