DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
Two vulnerabilities were announced in IBM DB2.
An attacker can generate a buffer overflow in the REPEAT function,
in order to generate a denial of service, and possibly to execute
code (VIGILANCE-VUL-9387 (https://vigilance.fr/tree/1/9387)).

A remote attacker can use a vulnerability of TLS in order to
insert plain text data during a renegotiation via a
