DESCRIPTION

Internet shortcuts are text files with the hidden ".url" extension
and containing for example:
[InternetShortcut]
URL=http://example.com/

Browser resources, such as its cache (uri "about:cache"), cannot
be queried, even by a local HTML page.

However, the attacker can use an internet shortcut to bypass this
restriction. For example:
[InternetShortcut]
URL=about:cache

An attacker can therefore invit the victim to open a HTML document
calling a shortcut in order to access to browser resources.
