Browser resources, such as its cache (uri "about:cache"), cannot
be queried, even by a local HTML page.
However, the attacker can use an internet shortcut to bypass this
restriction. For example:
[InternetShortcut]
URL=about:cache
An attacker can therefore invit the victim to open a HTML document
