The Franche Comté region retains Meibo for its ROR project

July 2009 by Marc Jacob

Under the recently updated regulations relating to Accident and Emergency services, the public authorities have made it a requirement to have an ’Operational Resource Directory’ (Répertoire Opérationnel des Ressources) implemented. This computerised and shared directory provides a detailed functional description of a region’s resources and healthcare establishments.

The ROR is therefore a wide ranging project affecting a large number of regional actors, whether it be A&E professionals, establishments or the regional healthcare agency (ARH). In terms of deployment, it is therefore a difficult and complex task.

Inspired by a productive collaboration on the Franche Compté regional healthcare platform, Ilex’s identity management solution ’Meibo Identity’ has been retained by the Regional Healthcare Agency and the GCS-EMOSIST-fc, charged with project management support.

Meibo Identity, by its ease of use and power, enables a perfect response to the project’s requirements by combining directory content management with workflow and provisioning.
