Streamline gives members of the Confederation of Dental Employers a reason to smile

Streamline, part of the WorldPay group and the leading provider of card payment processing in the UK and Europe, has today announced a multi-year partnership with the Confederation of Dental Employers (CODE).
CODE is a membership organisation, providing support and services to those in the dental profession. With almost 1,000 members and 2,500 practices nationwide, CODE members can now use one of the UK’s most trusted and reliable card payments systems to accept the widest range of card types in the market.
Under the partnership, Streamline will be CODE’s recommended payments provider and CODE members who become Streamline customers are eligible for preferential terms.
As a one stop shop for all face-to-face, online, and mail or telephone payments, Streamline will help dental practices take card payments quicker and securely, freeing them up to spend more time with their patients. Customers will also benefit from Streamline’s UK-based call centre, now open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
CODE looks to deal with like-minded businesses and, as a membership organisation, a strong emphasis on personalised customer service is crucial. Streamline’s professional and friendly customer service was a key factor in the selection process. Streamline’s knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and how to help dentists meet the industry standard for keeping customer card data secure was also important for CODE, as this is a often a concern for individual members.
Currently Streamline processes payments for over 6,000 dentist and orthodontist practices, which equates to more than half of the UK’s total practices.
