Soyuz at Kourou : Evolynx contributes to the safety of the site

The integrated security solutions Evolynx (access control, intrusion, visitor management, supervision, video) were adopted several years ago by the Guiana Space Centre in Kourou for the safety of the site and the launch pad.
Evolynx was selected more recently to extend its access control, visitor management functionalities at the expansion of the site due to the new Soyuz launch pad
The design of the facilities is important:
– More than 900 card readers
– Over 20 000 smart cards secured Mifare ISO14443-A
– Full redundancy (hot standby) at multiple levels for maximal operational availability
