SeMarket launches BioVoicePassword its password reset solution which uses voice biometrics

SeMarket launches BioVoicePassword; an identity verification system which uses voice biometrics in order to allow users to reset their passwords at any moment and from any place.
BioVoicePassword allows us to authenticate a user who has forgotten the password for their computer or application, and to provide them with a new one instantly. In order to do this, the system confirms the identity of the speaker using voice biometrics via telephone. The voice contains a series of unique characters which belong to each particular individual, and therefore allows their precise identification. To identify users correctly; it is necessary to first train the voice, which is achieved in less than 2 minutes, and which generates a voice sample. During the moment of recognition both the sample and the registered voice are compared.
The main objective of BioVoicePassword is to automize the password rest process; which in turn frees the “Help Desk” from a multitude of calls from users that have forgotten their passwords. As a result this system reduces not only costs and time but improves efficiency considerably.
