This solution has been designed by 3 French major players in digital security, CS, Ilex International and Neowave. It is based on strong authentication, access control and electronic signature technologies, with a focus on user services and ergonomics. Besides security, this solution allows local authorities to streamline their costs, centralise and simplify access management, audit and traceability.

The Pass Sign&Trust Collectivités is an integrated and optimised solution. It is made of TrustySign and TrustyKey, the electronic signature tool and the key management infrastructure solution from CS, respectively, IDen Park and Sign&go access management solutions from Ilex International, and Weneo Agent 2.0, the secured token from Neowave.

In addition, Ilex International’s Single Sign-On functionality, which simplifies password management and access to applications, completes the offering.

Proven expertise for an all-in-one solution

The Pass Sign&Trust Collectivités combines solutions which are recognised on the market in order to provide local authorities with responses tailored to their needs.

TrustKey, the CS key management infrastructure solution, guarantees maximum data security through the deployment of digital certificates. All types of certificates can be generated for people, applications or servers. Besides, the integration of the TrustySign tool enables the creation and verification of electronic signatures with a legal value. It thus provides agents in local authorities with the necessary guarantees for fast and secured process dematerialisation. TrustySign has been certified by the ANSSI (the French national agency for the security of information systems), according to common criteria at EAL3+ level, which guarantees the very high security level of the product. It is compliant with the RGS (general security regulation) applicable to French administrations.

Ilex International is an expert in identity and access management solutions. Its IDen Park and Sign&go solutions allow simplified deployment of digital certificates as well as optimised management of user authentication. They ensure security and traceability of access to the information system.

Weneo Agent 2.0 from Neowave is a personal object for every local authority agent. It hosts digital certificates and rights allowing access to IT networks, premises and data in the context of mobility. It uses strong authentication techniques from smart cards.

Weneo Agent 2.0 is evolving and compatible with the RGS certificates used for the regulated electronic signature.
