Novidy’s Group to boost growth with major recruitment plan

Headcount at Novidy’s Group has increased by about 50% and will exceed 150 by April 2016. As a mean to reach this target, the Group is improving its human resources management tools, setting up a cooptation program, and voicing out on social networks.

As of now, more than 50 network and security engineers and experts have joined Groupe Novidy’s, working in several domains (integration, consulting and technical support). There are many opportunities at every level of experience

Three months after launching this program. 21 engineers were hired, which is already 40% of the total target.

“The recruitment plan is a reflection of the Novidy’s Group: dynamic, attractive and actively growing and we know how to provide our means to succeed," says Jean-Robert Pozo, CEO of the Novidy’s Group, "I am confident we will succed despite a difficult market. We are currently aiming to surpass our goals” he added.

A Speed Connect’ is organized once every three months where applicants get to chat with the Novidy’s Group’s teams. This kind of event participates in the success of our program.

The first edition of the Speed Connect’ was held in June in a prestigious hotel in Paris. We were able to interact with several applicants with network and cybersecurity skills.

A second edition of the Speed Connect’ will be held in October in Paris. Relevant information will be communicated to cybersecurity and network engineers beforehand via web, cooptation and social networks. The Group’s management team and staff will attend the event to greet the applicants and make the recruitment as friendly and nice as possible. We hope to show the collaborative and dynamic spirit of the Novidy’s Group.

This fall, the Novidy’s Group continues its recruitment plan and offers over twenty job opportunities:
