Lumeta Appoints Brandon Hoffman as Chief Technology Officer

Lumeta Corporation announced the appointment ofBrandon Hoffman to the role of chief technology officer. Hoffman brings experience in IT networking and security – in practitioner, sales and management roles – with a focus on customer needs and solution quality. Hoffman will report to Pat Donnellan, chief executive officer of Lumeta.

Hoffman will focus on business development and strategic relationships with technology integration partners, consulting/advisory firms, cloud service providers (CSPs), managed security services providers (MSSPs), and Federal systems integrators and channel partners.

Prior to joining Lumeta, Hoffman served as federal chief technology officer at RedSeal with responsibility for defining solutions and strategies that serve top government priorities. Hoffman also held several senior technical roles within RedSeal, including senior director of global business development and consulting engineers. Prior to RedSeal, he held positions at KPMG, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Boingo Wireless, Clear Channel, and Bonneville Radio. He served as an adjunct lecturer at Northwestern University for several years, teaching a graduate and undergraduate course in information security.

Hoffman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in geographic information systems from University of Illinois at Chicago, as well as a Master of Science degree in information technology with a management focus from the Kellogg School of Management and the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University.
