LogLogic named Guy Churchward as the new CEO

LogLogic named Guy Churchward as the new CEO, expanded the company’s board of directors, named two new vice presidents to the management team:
Matt Galligan and Bob Hornsby.
Galligan, responsible for federal sales, brings 25 years of sales experience and has served as vice president of federal sales for McAfee and Secure Computing Corporation. Hornsby, responsible for North American channel sales, has held senior sales management roles with Secure Computing, Phoenix Technologies and Sonic Solutions.
LogLogic also named three new members to the company’s board of directors, including Peter Goettner, Deborah Rieman and Marc Verstaen. Goettner, general partner at Worldview Technology Partners, replaces Worldview partner Mark Orsak on the board. Rieman, managing partner of private hedge fund Equus Global Investments and LogLogic’s first independent director, is the former CEO of Check Point Software Technologies and vice president of marketing of Adobe Systems. Verstaen, founder and CEO of Lorienne S.A., a leader in map authoring tools, and founder and CEO of Beatware, a software company specializing in data representation for the Web and mobile devices (acquired by Hyperion), currently serves as Engineering Manager at Apple.
