CybeReady Appoints Dirk Rausse as Regional Sales Director

CybeReady has recently appointed Dirk Rausse as Regional Sales Director. In this position, Rausse will lead CybeReady’s sales activities in the DACH region. As an experienced veteran in the cybersecurity space with demonstrated sales excellence, Rausse will build on the organization’s growth strategy to increase security awareness training deployments in enterprises throughout the region.
With business development expertise and a focus on results, Rausse plans to center his efforts on partner building to accelerate CybeReady’s growth throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Building on his years of experience with other organizations in the security awareness training space, include Trustwave, Proofpoint and COFENSE, he is eager to show how CybeReady has advanced the technology.
A large part of his efforts in the DACH region will center on establishing relationships with influential partners whose loyal customers look to these security service providers for trusted advice on cybersecurity awareness training. The readiness of the CybeReady platform makes it ideal for partners to deploy and manage for their users because it is much more intelligent and efficient at identifying and addressing the areas where training actions are required. The level of automation significantly reduces the management burden on partners and the CISOs they support, while dramatically improving the security culture of businesses using the technology. This translates to well-trained employees that are ready to deal with potential threats — providing a strong first line of defense for the organizations they support.
