Connect Internet Solutions partners with The Bunker to host disaster recovery option for the National Audit Office

The Bunker, provider of Ultra* Secure Data Centres and Managed Services, has announced a new customer relationship with Connect Internet Solutions, providing the company with an environment to host the disaster recovery option for the website and underlying content management system (CMS) of the National Audit Office.

The Bunker has built a bespoke solution for the National Audit Office – the independent parliamentary body responsible for auditing UK central government departments and reporting to parliament on the value for money achieved by government projects and programmes – which comprises a fully managed dedicated infrastructure and hosting of the disaster recovery system. The service is delivered from within The Bunker’s ISO 27001 and PCI DSS accredited ultra secure data centre and provides robust, off-site disaster recovery for the website and CMS.

Connect Internet Solutions, a specialist provider of web-based solutions, recognised The Bunker’s outstanding security (ISO27001) and service credentials (ITILv3) in delivering the disaster recovery option for the National Audit Office.
