1st Channel Sales Director in the UK/I - Top 5 MDR Vendor - £200,000 OTE
  
I'm currently partnered with a Global Leading MDR Vendor who are looking to hire their 1st Channel Director in the UK and you will be responsible for new channel development in the region, supported by a newly built leadership EMEA team.
  
I'm looking for A Players that have a track record in building a new channel program from the ground up.
  
The ideal UK Channel Sales Leader will have a solid understanding of selling Cyber paas or Saas (in either MDR, Threat-Intel, SIEM, OT solutions) with related responsibilities including channel partner development, value-added solutions education & positioning, generating partner awareness and conducting sales presentations to influencers and C-level customer executives.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for building and managing an experienced channel sales team.
  • Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build a complex sales strategy to ensure both short- and long-term goals, objectives, and quotas.
  • Manage overall channel sales process, set appropriate metrics for channel sales funnel management.
  • Develop Channel-led GTM strategies and programs
  • Identify & maintain strategic alliances & partnership for selling Cyber Security Services & Products globally. This will include regional, national and distribution partners.
  • Ensure compliance with partner agreements while developing and executing a comprehensive strategic partnership business plan and working cross-functionally to ensure a well understood value proposition.
  • Experience in recruiting and onboarding of channel partners as well as building and expanding on existing relationships
  
Requirements
  • 7+ years of Channel Sales experience, preferably in Cyber Security and Managed Security Services.
  • 7+ years of proven success in sales leadership
  • Previous experience running a regional or global sales organization with a track record of overachieving revenue targets across different industries.
  • Proven ability to communicate with partners at all levels within an organization
  • Extensive experience directly and indirectly through a management team negotiating large 7 figure deals with extremely complex terms, conditions, price pressures and considerations
  • Proven ability to achieve sales and profit goals by selling goods and services through resellers/channels
