CertifiedMail, Inc.announced it is changing its name to DataMotion, Inc. and extending their product line by introducing the Intelligent Information Transport (IIT) platform. The name change comes as part of a re-branding initiative, which also includes the launch of DataMotion’s IIT platform, an on-demand or on-site service offering that enhances business communications by enabling companies to move, track, filter, audit, manage and secure sensitive information.
DataMotion provides a simple and effective workflow solution that allows companies to communicate and collaborate securely with colleagues, business partners and customers. DataMotion and the IIT platform leverage companies’ existing messaging infrastructure, middleware and applications, empowering them to securely work with whomever they choose regardless of process, system or data format. DataMotion’s military-grade encryption and secure connection, built on open standards, helps protect small, medium and large enterprise email and other communications in transit to ensure that shared customer-to-business, business-to-business and business-to-customer information is accurate, timely and trustworthy.
The re-branding and repositioning initiative is being driven by recently appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, Kelly Mackin, and Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Patti Dock, both highly seasoned enterprise technology veterans.
The DataMotion IIT Platform is available either as a SaaS (Software as a Service) offering or an on-site solution and integrates into a company’s environment within hours. The DataMotion solutions include:
o DataMotion SecureMail – allows secure sending and receiving of email and its attachments without ever leaving the mail client.
o DataMotion WorkFlow -– enables individual users to create, manage and track a project that involves movement and tracking of information.
o Data Transfer – enables secure sending and/or tracking of both the delivery and download of large files up to 2GB.
o Data Forms – provides a secure interface for customers to submit inquiries, claims or complaints.
o Data Bridge – securely automates high-volume amounts of data, which either need to be automatically stored or readied for hand-off to applications. It also accepts data, such as monthly invoices, trade confirmations, investment statements, which is then turned into email and can be delivered and tracked as high-volume, customized emails.
