Bull’s Web site www.lecloudbybull.com goes live, for easy access to its full range of Cloud solutions

Bull is announcing that a new Web site – dedicated to its full range of Cloud solutions – has gone live. The ‘Le cloud by Bull®’ portal offers a spectrum of solutions to help organizations transition towards secure and made-to-measure enterprise Cloud computing; enabling them to use the Cloud as a powerful driver for business performance.
Users can configure all types of solutions on line, via the portal, including infrastructures, platforms and applications, in public or private Cloud mode, hosted in Data Centers operated by Bull or Numergy.
‘Le cloud by Bull®’ is a formidable driver for growth, addressing the strategic issue of data sovereignty while also expanding access to hybrid Cloud solutions, creating new opportunities for different forms of implementation. Bull guarantees high levels of services delivery, with its commitment to support customers end to end, through formal, top-quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
‘Le cloud by Bull®’ covers four main areas:
• Cloud servers: IaaS solutions to address organizations’ needs for computing power, storage and networks. These public, private or hybric Cloud infrastructure solutions are complemented by a range of supervision and administration services for both systems and applications. A rapid and easy-to-use simulator makes it easy for users to see how much their chosen solution will cost. Once they are registered on the site, users have access to a powerful tool to set up entire configurations, as well as to exchange formal quotations with Bull.
• Cloud storage: the portal features the Storeway Backup Agility® offering, which combines storage and back-up infrastructures and software with operational control services via Bull’s Services Centers, on a pay-per-use basis.
• Cloud platforms: these PaaS-type solutions combine the ‘Le cloud by Bull®’ IaaS offering development and application roll-out frameworks for software development, Web applications, e-commerce and event management.
• Cloud solutions: these applications have been carefully chosen by Bull and integrated within the cloud to support rapid implementations of business solutions in all kinds of organizations. Delivered via public or private Cloud, the solutions are administered by Bull, who can also provide complementary services such as configuration, training and operation.
All these solutions are backed by Bull’s comprehensive services, capabilities and expertise in security and managed services. Additional services can be provided by Bull as part of the package: from audits, security solution implementation and higher-level SLAs, to ad hoc interventions, migration, transformation, etc.
The ‘self-care’ module, available on the portal, allows customers to manage their environments automatically and autonomously (creation, start, stop, restart)
