AirWatch Acquires Motorola Solutions MSP (Mobility Services Platform)

AirWatch® has acquired Motorola Solutions’ [NYSE: MSI] MSP (Mobility Services Platform)
business. The terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
AirWatch and Motorola Solutions MSP appreciate the importance of enterprise mobility management to their
respective customers, especially as customers work to support an increasingly diverse -eet of mobile computing devices
and operating systems. AirWatch is further committed to offering the most compelling management solutions for
customers of Motorola’s industry-leading portfolio of enterprise mobile computing devices.
MSP has a long history of enabling customers to provision, stage and manage their enterprise mobile computers. The
MSP product line will enable AirWatch to combine MSP’s depth and richness of features and functionality with
AirWatch’s ease of use across multiple device and OS types.
Motorola Solutions’ existing MSP customers will continue to receive the same level of service directly from Motorola.
AirWatch will evolve the MSP product line on an ongoing basis and pursue further plans to incorporate the leading
MSP features into the AirWatch EMM platform.
