ZyLAB announces partnership with SuperiorGlacier

February 2008 by Emmanuelle Lamandé

ZyLAB, a developer of Information Access Solutions, and SuperiorGlacier, a provider of electronic discovery and traditional litigation support services, announce a partnership to provide organizations with the latest integrated technology solution for efficient and effective e-discovery. This partnership provides the legal community, including law firms and corporate legal departments, access to SuperiorGlacier’s expert staff for installation, configuration, data handling and support of ZyLAB’s ZyIMAGE Information Access Platform for e-Discovery and on-line legal review.

ZyIMAGE offers the legal community an integrated e-discovery management solution that enables organizations to capture, investigate, structure and disclose information in a simple, secure and efficient manner. The solution is built on a stable XML data repository and provides users with investigative tools to archive, search and retrieve vital information through a standard Internet browser. All unstructured data is stored for as long as it’s needed, and integrated functionalities enable users to capture and add new data, analyze and collaborate on the data, redact specific pieces of information (if required), and retrieve and share files.

Because of its modular structure, ZyIMAGE is completely scalable and therefore provides a solution to address organizational requirements at both departmental and enterprise-wide levels. SuperiorGlacier will offer ZyIMAGE as part of their hosted document services or as a licensed software product for installation on a customer’s premises.
