An attacker can create a malicious XSL document, in order to
trigger a denial of service in applications linked to libxslt.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY

The libxslt library processes XSLT transformations to be applied
on an XML document.

An XML document can contain a DTD. However, during the parsing,
the xsltParseTemplateContent() function does not correctly process
XML nodes, which generates a fatal error.

An attacker can therefore create a malicious XSL document, in
order to trigger a denial of service in applications linked to
libxslt.
