An authenticated attacker can send malicious DCOM packets to
Siemens SIMATIC WinCC, in order to trigger a denial of service.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
The Siemens SIMATIC WinCC product has a service to manage received
DCOM packets.
However, when malicious DCOM packets are received, a fatal error
occurs.
An authenticated attacker can therefore send malicious DCOM
packets to Siemens SIMATIC WinCC, in order to trigger a denial of
service.
