DESCRIPTION

The Openview NNM (Network Node Manager) product manages a network
of computers.

The ovtopmd service (OpenView Topology Manager Daemon) handles the
database containing network topology.

A network attacker can create a denial of service in ovtopmd.
Technical details are unknown.
