DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY

Several vulnerabilities were announced in OpenVPN.

An attacker can force an assertion error via Oversized Control
Packet, in order to trigger a denial of service. [severity:2/4;
CVE-2017-7478]

An attacker can force an assertion error via Rolled Over Packet,
in order to trigger a denial of service. [severity:2/4;
CVE-2017-7479]
