An attacker can use a SQL injection via FAQ of OTRS Help Desk, in
order to read or alter data.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
The OTRS HelpDesk product uses a database.
However, user’s data are inserted in a SQL query without being
rightly escaped.
An attacker can therefore use a SQL injection via FAQ of OTRS Help
Desk, in order to read or alter data.
