A local attacker can send a fake Netlink message, in order to
deceive an application.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
A process can send asynchronous Netlink messages to another
process.
However, only the kernel or root (uid = 0) should be allowed to
send such messages.
A local attacker can therefore send a fake Netlink message, in
order to deceive an application.
