An authenticated attacker can inject a shell command via IBM
QRadar SIEM, in order to run privileged code.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
The IBM QRadar SIEM product offers a web space restricted to
authenticated users.
However, a parameter given in this space is directly injected in a
shell command. Technical details are unknown.
An authenticated attacker can therefore inject a shell command via
IBM QRadar SIEM, in order to run privileged code.
