SYNTHESIS OF THE VULNERABILITY
An attacker can send specially crafted packets TCP to an F5 BIG-IP
device, in order to make it halt.
Impacted products: BIG-IP Hardware, TMOS.
Severity: 2/4.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
The F5 BIG-IP product offers traffic management functions.
However, when management is enabled in a virtual server, some
sequences of TCP packets trigger a fatal error.
An attacker can therefore send specially crafted packets TCP to an
F5 BIG-IP device, in order to make it halt.
