An attacker can use Drupal Masquerade, in order to escalate his
privileges.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
The Masquerade module can be installed on Drupal, to allow a user
to masquerade as another one.
However, an attacker allowed to use Masquerade can masquerade as
any user.
An attacker can therefore use Drupal Masquerade, in order to
escalate his privileges.
