SYNTHESIS OF THE VULNERABILITY
An authenticated attacker can send a special HTTP query to the API
of Cisco Prime Infrastructure, in order to escalate his privileges.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
The Cisco Prime Infrastructure product offers a web API
(Application Programming Interface).
However, a special url can be used to bypass the RBAC (Role-Based
Access Control).
An authenticated attacker can therefore send a special HTTP query
to the API of Cisco Prime Infrastructure, in order to escalate his
privileges.
