A local attacker can alter the firmware of Cisco IP Phone model
SPA30X, SPA50X or SPA51X, in order to execute code.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VULNERABILITY
The Cisco IP Phone model SPA30X, SPA50X or SPA51X uses a system
coming from a firmware image.
However, an attacker with a physical access can obtain a shell
access, and then change this firmware.
A local attacker can therefore alter the firmware of Cisco IP
Phone model SPA30X, SPA50X or SPA51X, in order to execute code.
