T-Systems wins big deal from EADS
January 2013 by Emmanuelle Lamandé
EADS has commissioned T-Systems to operate around 150,000 PC workstations.
The Deutsche Telekom subsidiary will gradually assume responsibility for over a hundred EADS sites in Europe in the coming year. They include the Airbus branches in Toulouse (France), Filton (UK), Broughton (UK), Madrid (Spain) and Hamburg as well as sites of the Group’s subsidiaries Cassidian, Astrium and Eurocopter. The total order will run for a term of six years.
T-Systems already supports the Airbus workstation computers. This service is now being expanded to include other EADS subsidiaries.
