Nokia Siemens Networks concluded a business and asset transaction with SGS - an inspection, verification, testing and certification company.
Nokia Siemens Networks transfers assets and personnel previously working on testing activities of the Research and Technology Platform business in the locations in Munich (Centre of Quality Engineering, Germany) with around 60 employees and Espoo (Finland) with around 10 employees. The transaction with SGS also includes assets related to the testing activities.
