Lumidigm Names Mark Shermetaro Chief Executive Officer

Lumidigm Inc., the multi-imaging biometric identity management company, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Lumidigm Board member Mark Shermetaro as CEO. Lumidigm Co-founder, Chairman and CEO Bob Harbour will stay on as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective February 1.
Shermetaro comes to Lumidigm from his position as Vice President of Business Development at Methode Electronics, where he was responsible for leading corporate M&A activity. Shermetaro served on the Lumidigm Board of Directors for two years.
