Integralis Further Invests in Global Security Operations Centre

March 2012 by Marc Jacob

Integralis, a global provider of IT Security and Information Risk Management solutions, today announces further investment in its global Security Operations Centre (SOC), the organisation within Integralis responsible for global Managed Security Services and Support.

With the backing of NTT, Integralis intensifies its global position as the world’s leading pure-play provider of advanced IT Security and Information Risk Management Solutions, as it continues to invest in its operations, streamlines its systems and infrastructure and appoints highly-trained and skilled engineers, across all major regions.

As part of this investment, Integralis has made further improvements to the Security Operations Centre organisation which operates ‘Centres of Excellence’ offering both technical and solution support from the UK, USA and Singapore. Around 150 technically-advanced experienced engineers service national and multi-national corporations round-the-clock with an expanded team including multi-lingual support in Europe from the UK. The Integralis SOC is recognised by vendors as the leading support centre offering the highest levels of vendor accreditation/certification available. Integralis makes a significant investment annually in training and certification for all engineers to guarantee that engineers are experts in their own fields.

The global SOC ensures that Integralis’ customers receive the exact level of support they require quickly and efficiently and that their requests are escalated to the appropriate skilled engineer. International handovers between the Centres of Excellence are expertly managed to ensure continuity of service so that customers’ issues are resolved whatever the hour of the day or their location around the globe. As part of this investment Integralis has developed a new Service Delivery Directorate and has appointed Regional Relationship Managers to work with customers to build technical relationships that will further refine service delivery so that the already high levels of customer satisfaction can be exceeded.

“Integralis is in a unique position as it combines a portfolio of global security, governance, risk and compliance solutions that blend expert consulting, managed services and the most appropriate technologies. With recent investment from NTT and the on-going improvements within the Security Operations Centre, we are in an excellent position to develop and launch new service-led solutions and support our customers worldwide.” Comments Simon Church, Chief Operating Officer, Integralis.

Dennis Deane, Chief Technology Officer and EVP Global Services, Integralis said, “As part of the investment, we have recruited the most talented engineers to Integralis and increased the size of our teams. Our engineers around the globe hold an extensive range of certifications and vendor accreditations specific to the security industry. By constantly reviewing and enhancing this with the highest levels of training and development we ensure that our knowledge and expertise is second to none. “

Integralis’ was rated as ‘Strong Positive’ in the Gartner MarketScope for Managed Security Services (MSSs) in Europe* report, 2011.
