The report evaluated the suitability of 18 vendors for three Identity as a Service (IDaaS) use cases: Workforce To SaaS, Traditional/Legacy Workforce, and Business-To-Consumer.

Patrick Salyer, chief executive officer of Gigya, said: “We are honored to have Gartner, one of the most influential voices in IT, give Gigya the highest product score for the B2C use case in IDaaS, which we believe validates the importance of customer identity management as a service. Digital marketers, IT teams and risk managers face new opportunities - and new challenges - in building trusted relationships that transform unknown online users into known customers. Gigya is committed to helping our clients around the world to connect with consumers across the web, mobile devices and the Internet of Things; collect relevant profile information; and convert that data into a personalized customer experience.”
