Growing internationally is a key component of the cybersecurity company Nixu’s strategy. Over the past two years, the company has established operations in the Netherlands, Sweden, the United States and Romania. Acquiring new companies to Nixu have a significant role in the implementation of this growth strategy.

To enable the growth strategy, Nixu has mandated Carnegie Investment Bank as an advisor to investigate the company’s possible transition to the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange list and, where applicable, to conduct capital market transactions in one or more issues. With the potential capital market transactions, the company secures its capability to carry out acquisitions and ensures the optimum structure of the balance sheet.
