Backup Direct awarded ISO 27001 (Information Security) and ISO 20000 (IT Service Management)

Backup Direct announced that it was awarded the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 27001) certification for Information Security Management and (ISO 20000) certification for IT Service Delivery Management.
ISO is recognised as the global standard for ensuring best-practices business processes. The ISO 27001 certification is an endorsement of Backup Direct’s commitment to ensuring the security of our customers’ data.
Similarly, the ISO 20000 certification is a reflection of the investments made and the standards achieved by Backup Direct in consistently delivering quality services.
