Advanced Wireless Solutions and Services (AW2S) is an expert in:
– RF systems engineering and production,
– the development of digital signal processing solutions for telecommunication systems,
– the development of end-to-end high-speed transmission solutions using 4G/5G technologies.

AW2S currently has several applications and markets in both digital and analogue technologies: public, private and secure communications (communications networks, repeaters, IOT, vRAN, etc.), military applications (drones, radar, LTE tactical domes, etc.), space (embedded systems, ground infrastructure, etc.) and avionics (UHF/VHF).

AW2S supplies solutions improving the performance of radio communication systems (sensitivity, linearity, efficiency, integration and reliability) for industry, defense, aeronautics and space.

This acquisition will generate strong synergy for both companies. It provides AW2S with assistance in support functions (quality, business management, sales force, after-sales service, logistics, etc.). SERMA Ingénierie gains the benefit of complementary skills addressing RF solutions (design, testing, qualification and production) and expertise in signal processing.

By joining SERMA Ingénierie, AW2S becomes part of the SERMA Group, which already has many customers using RF technology. The Group can therefore expand its technological offer with end-to-end integrated solutions.
SERMA Ingénierie aims to progress significantly in this field with the goal of a three-fold increase in turnover within three years.
